Update October 2024:
Since 2010, MILC has provided homelessness prevention services including rental arrears, security deposits, and rental assistance to community members who were at or below 30% of the Area Median Income and were facing eviction or living in unstable housing conditions. Unfortunately, MILC’s Solutions to End Homelessness Program (STEHP) Prevention services have ended as of 9/30/2024.
This page will be updated shortly to reflect our 3 current remaining housing programs including: RSP (Rental Supplement Program), OSF Rental Assistance Program, and the STEHP Rapid Re-Housing program. These programs have specific eligibility and waitlist criteria that will be reflected on this page in the coming months.
Please check back to this page for future updates.
