Home Healthcare Customer Support Specialist, Massena NY

FT, 40hpw, $14.00 Per Hour

Overview: The CDPAS Customer Support Specialist provides day to day help to administer the Consumer Directed Personal Attendant Services Program (CDPAS). CDPAS is a non-traditional homecare program where the consumer is in charge of hiring, scheduling, and managing a home health aide of their choosing.

Daily Activities: Answering phone calls with questions about the CDPAS program, reviewing aide files to ensure compliance, obtaining annual medical from the aides, completing orientation and enrollment to the CDPAS program when requested, fixing payroll and clock-in problems, running reports, entering all activities in multiple electronic databases, and other various customer service activities.
